House of Palms is a 3-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom cottage located in the Magnolia Cottages By the Sea neighborhood of Seacrest, FL. This property pulls design inspiration from the colorful New Orleans French quarter and the iconic Palm Beach cabanas. The home was recently renovated to include; new bathrooms, furnishings, and an upgrade to the home's front porch making House of Palms a getaway to experience on 30A!

Max Occupancy: 10 guests
Minimum Age to Book: 25 years (No Exceptions)
Check-in & Check-out: Check-in at 4:30 PM CDT and check-out at 9:00 AM CDT
Parking: 2 standard size vehicles permitted.
Amenity Starter Pack: Includes 4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, hotel-style soaps for each bathroom, kitchen sponge, dish soap, dish towels, and a laundry pod pack
Kitchen: Equipped with standard appliances, and traditional drip coffee maker.
Bikes/Golf Carts: Not included, but can be rented for an additional fee.
Beach Chairs and Umbrellas: Not included, but available for rent at the beach area for an additional fee.
House Layout
House of Palms can accommodate 10 guests comfortably. Please note that all bedrooms are located on the first floor. The kitchen and main living area are on the second floor and require the use of stairs.
1st Floor
Entryway: Side entrance leads to the foyer and bunk nook, featuring two twin bunk beds. Note: The bunk nook is open and does not have a closed door or privacy barrier.
Master Bedroom: The Master Bedroom is located at the front of the house and features a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower.
Guest Bunk Room: Just past the foyer and stairwell is the bunk room which has two Queen bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom with a combined tub/shower.
Guest King Bedroom: At the back of the home is guest suite with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk in shower.
Laundry Room: A full size washer and dryer are located on the first floor near the entrance.
2nd Floor
Living Area: Open concept living room open to the kitchen with plenty of seating and balcony access for enjoying morning coffee and evening cocktails.
Kitchen: Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with modern, Kitchenaid stainless steel appliances, traditional drip coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and all necessary plates, cups, and cutlery.
Dining Area: Formal dining table with seating for six as well as four additional kitchen island bar seats.
Powder Room: A half bathroom is located on the 2nd floor just off the living room.
About the Area
Seacrest is a charming beach town on Scenic HWY 30A, nestled between Watersound and Ales Beach. Known for its beautiful beaches, terrific restaurants, farmers markets, and more, Seacrest offers a quintessential coastal experience.
Private Beach Access: Private deeded beach access is located just 2 blocks south of the home making access easily within walking distance.
Community Pool Area: The private community pool area is great for summer fun and relaxing after a day at the beach. The pool area is only available to owners and guests of the neighborhood.
Restrictions
No pets allowed.
No monthly rental discounts.
Length of stay restrictions may apply.
Minimum renter age is 25 years old.
No smoking in the home, on the balconies, around the pool area, in the walkways, or any common areas.
No food or drinks allowed in bedrooms.
Guests must sign the rental agreement and agree to all terms. Failure to do so could result in cancellation of the booking with no refund.
Parking is only available for two vehicles.
No RVs, trailers, watercraft, or large vans permitted. Overflow parking is not available.
Good Neighbor Policy
This is a family-oriented neighborhood, not a party home. Any vulgar language, excessively loud music, large parties, and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited. Violations of HOA rules or disturbances will result in eviction and forfeiture of all deposits.
