Welcome to Leeward II-5, a great beach-front condo on the south side of scenic 30A.  With a King master, 2 hall bunks and a sleeper sofa, you can sleep 6.  The joining bathroom is great with an in-unit washer/dryer.  Centrally located, you can spend your mornings on the beach and afternoons exploring the great shops and restaurants along beautiful 30A by bike or by car.  Leeward II-5 is perfect for a couple or small family looking to get away for a week at the beach or a romantic getaway.

Layout of the condo

The condo is located on the second floor of the building. It is a 1 bedroom – 1 bathroom. The king master bedroom has a flat screen TV and adjoins to the full bathroom. There are a set of two twin bunk beds in the hallway just off the foyer. The bunks are not in a separate room, they are in a nook in the hallway. The kitchen is located at the rear of the condo facing south to the Gulf of Mexico. Parking is limited to one car with permit. Overflow parking is not provided on site.

When you’re ready to explore more of Scenic 30-A,  Grayton Beach, Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach are just a short bicycle or golf cart ride away from Leeward II.
