Serenity By The Sea was purchased in 2021 and was professionally remodeled in 2019. Inside this stunning three-bedroom, three-bathroom beach house, you will experience freshly painted rooms, modern stainless steel smart appliances, flat-screen smart TV’s, high-speed internet, smart home automation features, luxurious hotel-style linens, and plush towels.
Located directly off the kitchen is the spacious back yard which has enough space for outdoor games, entertaining, and lounging.
Serenity By The Sea is located in the highly sought-after neighborhood of Avalon Beach Estates, which is situated in the quaint resort town of Miramar Beach and situated along Scenic Hwy 98. You will experience easy access to the private beach, private community pool, several park areas, a tennis court and a basketball court. All of these amenities are within walking distance of the home. In addition to these great neighborhood amenities, there are tons of local attractions, dining, and shopping within a 3-5 miles radius of the home. While this beach home is close to local attractions, it is located on a private street in a residential neighborhood. Guests will appreciate the privacy and convenience of this stunning beach retreat. Another great benefit to this respite retreat is the location to the white sand beaches. Simply walk out of the home, go to the end of Avalon Blvd, cross Scenic Hwy 98 and enter the private beach area.

House Layout
This stunning home is a single level ranch home featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, full walk in laundry room with front load washer and dryer, an attached garage, and an open kitchen concept that is great for entertaining friends and family. Upon entering the home, guests are met with bright, modern design elements, stunning 15′ ceilings in the living room and an incredible natural gas fireplace.
Directly off the living room is the fully stocked galley style kitchen that is equipped with modern smart appliances, an expansive kitchen island, and separate dining nook.
Located on the East side of the home is the Master Bedroom and Master Bathroom. The Master Bedroom features 10′ ceilings, excellent lighting, plantation shutters on every window, hardwood flooring, huge walk in closet with built in shelving, and an adjustable Sleep Number bed.
Just off the Master Bedroom is the Master Bathroom. No expense was spared on the design of the Master Bathroom. You will immediately notice the attention to detail in the large walk in shower with quad American Standard shower heads, zero entry floor, and dual vanity sinks with fluted faucets. Extra detail was added to the lighting which is customizable for different light levels as well as colored backdrop lighting and recessed vanity lighting.
On the Southwest side of the home, you find the bunk room. This bedroom is ideal for kids and teenagers as it has a stacked bunkbed with a twin over queen bunk. High quality mattresses were recently purchased in 2021 and have rarely been used since the home was purchased. This bedroom shares a full bathroom located in the hallway next to the bunk room and the guest suite.
At the opposite end of the hallway is the guest suite and en-suite bathroom. The guest suite also features 10′ ceilings, great smart lighting, plantation shutters, and an incredible en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower and a garden tub. This bathroom was modeled after the Master Bathroom and shares similar high quality features.
About the Area
When you’re ready to hit the beach, guests can utilize the private neighborhood beach access located at the end of Avalon Blvd. Although it’s not needed to access the beach, guests may take their car or golf cart (Available for rent at a discounted rate), to Pompano Joe’s which is a great local seafood restaurant. There is plenty of parking and more than enough space at the beach to accommodate guests without feeling cramped.
Guests may opt to rent a set of beach chairs and an umbrella or you may bring your own when relaxing at the beach. We welcome all of our guests to take full advantage of all the benefits that Serenity By The Sea has to offer!
When you’re ready to pack it up for the day, take a stroll over to the many nearby restaurants within walking distance or take a short drive over to the Destin Commons for dining, movies, and shopping.
