Located on Cerulean Park, this second-floor unit offers stunning sunset views and overlooks the West end of the subdivision. Enjoy the convenience of being just a short walk to the Beach Club, Gulf, shopping, and dining.
**Important Information – Please Read**
– Max Occupancy: 6 guests (Confirm guest count at least 10 days prior to arrival)
– Minimum Age to Book: 25 years (No Exceptions)
– Incidentals Hold: $1,500. The hold is released on the day of checkout.
– Mail & Package Delivery: Mail forwarding is in place. Do not ship packages to the home. We cannot guarantee delivery.
-Check-in & Check-out: Check-in at 4:30 PM CDT and check-out at 9:00 AM CDT
– Parking: 1 standard size vehicle permitted (first come, first serve in parking lot behind building. – Additional spots are available nearby, but not guaranteed)
– Starter Pack: Includes 3 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, hotel-style soaps for each bathroom, kitchen sponge, dish soap, dish towels, and a laundry pod pack
– Golf Carts: Golf carts are prohibited per the HOA. Violators will be fined and carts will be towed at guests expense.
– Bikes: Not included, but available for rent nearby.
– Resort Amenities: Includes complimentary access to Watercolor community pools, the Watercolor – – Beach Club, and Camp Watercolor
– Elevator Access: To the top-floor unit.

Beach Chairs and Umbrellas: Available for rent at the beach club on a first come, first serve basis.
– WaterColor Trolley: Operates daily in season (April – Labor Day) from 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM, circulating to all WaterColor neighborhoods, community pools, and the Beach Club
